Payment
 ⤷ A 50% non-refundable upfront payment is required to start the order, the rest is paid before delivery.
 ⤷ PayPal and Robux only (If paying with Robux through group funds, i will only start after i'm eligible for payout).
 ⤷ For Robux payments, you must cover the 30% tax (unless paid through group funds).


Changes

 ⤷ Free of charge, do as many as you need. _{During making:}
 ⤷ Major changes (alters the approved sketch way too much) are charged extra.
 ⤷ Excessive, repeated changes (more than 3 in a row, even if small ones) will lead to a potential cancel.
 ⤷ Any change after delivery will be charged extra.


Communication
 ⤷ If there is urgency, must be warned beforehand and pay a extra 25% of the order total.
 ⤷ If i have no response after 3 days, the order will be cancelled.

Q: What is included on the delivery files?A: The PSD (if it is a logo) and PNG files, it will be delivered through a WinRar ZIP.


Q: What is the process for logo and vectors? 1. Sketching: After the 50% upfront, i will start working on the sketch and send it to you for approval.
 2. Base colors and shading: once sketch is approved, i will put in the base colors and proceed to shading.
 3. Delivery: Once the final is approved, i will put the files on a ZIP and send it to you.


Q: What is the delivery time for logo and vectors?A: Delivery time for logos are around 4-5 days, for vectors, it depends heavily on the amount ordered.
